Click on your provider’s name to be taken to their client portal website.
LET'S GET YOU LOGGED IN:
1. After clicking your provider’s name above, you’ll be taken to the instant sign in screen. Tip: Bookmark this page for easy access in the future.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the “Email Me a Link” button.
3. Check your email for a one-time link to sign in. This link will only be valid for 24-hours.
4. Click the “sign-in” button. If you’ve requested multiple sign-in links, make sure you select the most recent one in your inbox.

1. Login to your portal using the login instructions listed above.
2. Click on the “Appointments” tab in the upper-left hand corner.
3. Upcoming appointments will be listed. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please call 919-428-2766 ext. 0. Keep in mind that we require at least 24-hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Access Your Insurance-Ready Statements
1. Login to your portal using the login steps at the top of this page.
2. Click on the “Billing & Payments” tab in the upper left-hand corner.
3. On the Billing & Payments page, you’ll see a box titled “Insurance Reimbursement Statements.” Click the blue arrow to the far right of the box to expand the section.
4. Click on the blue link to open the insurance-ready receipt (also called Superbill) for each date of service. Upon opening, options to download (as a PDF) or print will be in the upper right corner.
Access Your Signed Forms & Files
1. Login to your portal using the login steps at the top of this page.
2. Click on the “Documents” tab in the upper left-hand corner.
3. On this page, you’ll find forms that your clinician has requested you complete, as well as previously completed forms.
4. Click on each form to open it. Upon opening, options to download (as a PDF) or print will be available in the upper right corner.
Pay a Balance
1. Login to your portal using your provider’s link listed above.
2. Click on the “Billing & Payments” tab in the upper left-hand corner.
3. On the following page, if you have a balance due, you’ll see a blue “Pay Now” button. Click this button to open a window in which you can securely enter your credit card details.
4. To securely store this card on file, check the box next to “Save Card.”
5. Press the blue “Pay” button to complete the transaction.

**If you do not have a balance due, but wish to change or update your billing details, please contact our office. We can collect your new billing information via a secure online form in the portal, or over the phone.


Send Your Provider a Secure Message
1. Login to your portal using the login steps at the top of this page.
2. Click chat bubble icon in the upper right corner next to the “sign out” link.
3. In the pop-up chat box, type your message in the text box and press send. Your provider will receive notification of your message and respond to you as soon as possible.*
