Our Four Key Principles

Puzzle pieces

  • 1)  A Solution-Focused Approach: “You can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking you used when you created them.”  We’ll help you create a new solution-focused mindset to help you get unstuck.
  • 2) Positive Momentum: Once you start assembling the pieces, you’ll experience positive change that builds upon your competence and confidence.
  • 3) Simple, Practical Solutions. We don’t believe there’s value in over-analyzing.  Modern life is complicated enough!  We’ll show you how to apply proven behavioral principals to create simple, sustainable solutions.
  • 4) Lifelong Education Our psychologists engage in ongoing continuing education to stay current and fresh.  Similarly, we provide useful information and essential skills so you can feel better and function at your best.
